Happy Friday

OMG   I have had the best Vacation,,,, I was adopted at birth and all my life I have known I was adopted... Well Aug 16, 2009,, I found my birth Mother... and with that I found 3 sisters and 2 brother ,,ok they are really step, but who cares... My Mother, JoAnne Daniels came to visit me Sept. 14... We had such a wonderful time catching up on our lives,, THEN my Sista Jenny came on the 16th in the morning,, was I looking in the mirror???    We have all talked and emiled through the past year,,but nothing compares to the in person, hugging, hugging, hugging experience... I found my best friend in Jenny and Mom was thrilled we got on so well  ,,  here we are at Alioto's on the Wharf,,,

We  have the same eyes and I have Mom's nose... it is incredible to find someone that you look like..

Mom stayed till 9/21 and Jenny and I had 1 day together before she went to visit her son in Vale... 

It is so a 'Made for TV thing"   It was just so sureal, we couldn'r believe it was really happening,,, 

More cards to post tomorrow,,, lots of Fall options!!!

Christmas in September

I found this feather tree at my favorite Thrift Shop with the intentions of using it for display.  So here is my first display,  Top Note purses and a couple of tool boxes at the bottom....

You will see this in various stages of dress...  I just love my little $5 tree!!

Oh,, Here I go

I am taking an online class next Monday on Beginning Blogging,,until then I am going to play around and see what I come up with... 

I made this card Saturday for Leslie and Robert who reciently lost their Miss Kitty after 20 years,,, there are no words or hugs that will fill the space she left in their hearts.   (insert card here when I get home,, whoops! )...

I am having my Real 1st official workshop Thursday.. I am going to attempt to have it at the neighborhood Pizza Place and see if I will be able to be heard,,, lucally I do have a plan B and possible C if this doesn't work out.   Sorry Crafter's Retreat gals, not to say our workshops were not real... they were real great practice!!

Good Afternoon !!!!

Virgin Blogger no more,,, I have found a passion I want to share with friends and strangers alike! 

I will be posting some of the items I displayed at the Vendor fair I did at work Monday and Tuesday... Very simple but so cute! 

I have my first workshop Tomorrow evening, and I have no clue yet what I am going to make,,, that will be the task for tonight.  Let you know what I come up with,,,
