I saw this at convention too..

I had purchased a lampshade and was undecided what to do to decorate it to match my bedroom,,, I saw this at convention and HAD to come home and make it..  

In another attempt to organize?  declutter?  just straighten up?? my craft room, I have alot of premade cards and swaps that need a good home,,, If you have any cards that need a new home,,  I am going to send them to Operation Write Home.. the cards are sent to the troops and they in turn send them to their loved ones... Isn't that so cool???  

Please take a look at their website http://www.operationwritehome.org/index.html   for requests and specifications for cards,,,,  If you are coming Aug 6, Please bring them and I will send them off...  What a wonderful program,, I know there are alot of people out there doing things,, and I want to be one of them.  I will be getting the stamp they request,, please feel free to put your own info on the back also so they know who made the card.

I have been working most of yesterday to try and get the fancy watermark with assistance from a video from Sudsol and I was so frustated , I said forget it and I will just use the simple one from Picasa.. so here is a Top Note card I made as a wedding favor sample...

New Cards from Last nights workshop

Good Morning,,,

I am all moved, settled in and had my 1st wrkshop here a the Concord Cascades Club House... I have decided on the 3rd Thursday each Month at 245 Aria Dr, Pacheco,, If you are interested, Please stop by.  The cost is $10 for materials and there are alot of oooh's and aaah's when new projects are completed...

I also wanted to show you what I made for some Valentine Gifts, and these can be made for every season or  occasion

For those people that have to have their signature coffee drink, I put a cute cozy on

a cup and added a gift card.

 Good Morning,,,  This card I made last night using Paisley Prints in Always Artichoke, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze.... 

This one I used the DSP, the same stamp set and the Elegant Thank You Stamp I really like..

I had cropped these but when I brought them over to here, the cropping went away,,, Still learning..
